For those who followed my case for the medical not passed, not even received. (Done March 1st)
I sent a webform yesterday to see if at least they got it, just got an email and they didn’t get anything from what they say.

I called the docteur at least 10 times this week, send numerous emails, he even told me the system has been hacked and couldn’t connect yesterday.

So here I am, I have 6 days to get it there. Wish me luck! Can t bieleve I paid that much for that exam and have to track it all day.

That is absolutely horrible, I'm very sorry to hear about it. You need to submit a webform to see just in case they can give you extension due to the circumstances.

For me, I called the medical office this morning and all reports have been done but not submitted yet but should be done by the weekend.

I am sorry to here that. In this case ask the CIC to extend your medicals reception date and they will do that hopefully for you

Hi All,

Quick Question, we have not heard anything from IRCC from a while. Last update was Feb 12th as Medical Passed. I spoke to call center people and looks like they have are not sure where our file is. On automated system it says We are reviewing your eligibility (on PA side), as per call center Rep file is still in Sydney and they are reviewing eligibility.

I am confused because first we do not have any communication of File Transfer so far, second I was under the impression that Sydney office is only responsible for Sponsor side and for PA file usually gets transferred to either local office or Mississauga. In our case everything was smooth until Medical Passed confirmation on Feb 12th and nothing after that. Any thoughts what could be the case?

Time line as follows:
Principal Applicant: India (Outland Application)
File Received 28th Nov
AOR1 23rd Jan
Sponsor Approval Feb 1st
Medical Request Feb 5th
Medical Done Feb 8th
Medical Passed Feb 12th
Nothing afterwards

I called last week in regards to my husbands file as he passed his medical and nothing since was told file potentially could be handled in that office (which I believe is going to Mexico) in my case. But am still waiting to hear anything since he passed medical on feb 28

Our timeline is almost identical. I got my DM on March 8th, but haven't heard anything since

I believe you got AOR1 on the 14th Jan? I think CPC-M are working chronologically as the majority of apps sent there seem to be getting DM in order - bar a few applicants.

....The odd thing is. that our GCKEY and ECAS have not been updated since our medical was passed. Our VO transfer and PPR have come to us via e-mail. So we're not sure what is up there. In fact..most of our communication has actually come to us first via email before being updated on those portals.

My timeline is almost identical to yours. Down to medical being done on that same day. Still haven't heard anything other than my decision made on March 8th. It says is ECSA that they started processing my application on March 8th. Did they send the email to both sponsor and PA?
