Where did you see the change, GCKey or ECAS?
We can't tell you what additional documents CIC requested from you as there is lots of possibilities ( from police certificates to more relationship proofs or documents... )
Get in touch with your representative as soon as possible and let them send you what CIC requested
Try to get what they ask for as fast as you can to avoid delays and complications

I saw a lot of October applicants got ghost updates, are November getting it too?

I'm technically an October applicant but AOR in November and we are still waiting. Fingers crossed for everyone!!
An FYI, we waited approximately 3 weeks before submitting the medical and we also had to do the RCMP fingerprints so that may add some time to our file.

Just wait for the letter from IRCC to know what additional documents they needed from you.
