Hi guys,
I sent my inland common law sponsorship application on jan 16. And it got delivered on 17 jan. Same day it got delivered to CIC, I realised that I didn’t Sign IMM5669. So through IRCC webform, I submitted IMM5669 with my hand written signature along with electronic signature on it.

So today i got this mail from IRCC.

Good day Manpreet Kaur,

Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

We are pleased to confirm the reception of the following document:

• Schedule A.pdf

We have forwarded it and the information you provided to the responsible office for their consideration.

If further information is needed during the processing of your application, the responsible office may contact you.

We hope the information provided is helpful in assisting you with your enquiry.

Can someone please tell me what does this mean? It means they are going to attach this form to my application file. Or i am still going to get my application returned back when they will find out that Schedule A submitted initially is missing hand written signature.

Manpreetkmannu, thank you so much for sharing this information with us. I am also a January 2019 sponsor and used your advice to resubmit the Additional Family Information form 24 hours after my application was received. By the way, I called IRCC today and they told me that they are sending AoR up to January 17, so you should have news soon. Please tell us once you hear anything from them. I hope they can accept our forms!

They grade it as A(nothing wrong) or B(something is wrong) that's all
If something is wrong they'll let you know and request additional tests

Hmm... so, I got my results since Jan 11 coz I asked for them and they sent them to me. No grading in the paper

But didn't you do your medicals not long time ago for OWP before they requested it and you sent it to Mississauga?
If you did they aren't going to request you for a new medical exam

I did, but it is not being shown in my account. I called yesterday and the lady told me that my medical results were there, but I had to send a webform wit them to the PR application directly.
Thing is, the clinic uploaded them since the 10th of January, why aren't they uploaded in my file?

Oh boy, wait at least a couple of weeks more. Dec 3-4 applicants are just getting AOR

No I haven't... I looked at thread from last year and someone re-send returned owp directly to Edmonton (it was received on Nov 15th), but that person was only able to link app on Jan 22... But then on Feb 15th owp was approved so it only took 3 months! So it might just take a while to be able to link...I guess we just have to hope everything is okay this time

OWP situation for you is going to be complicated since you are out of status, depends on CIC, they can return it or they can pause it until you get AIP which is at the end of the process as others stated here
Please call CIC and confirm

Hi question12 you can submit and pay OWP App together with your Inland spousal sponsorship but the approval is at AIP stage. Make sure you pay the correct amount for owp 255 to avoid delay of your application.

I paid $1375 that was for me and 3 children though
Individual was $250 for the initial exam including urine sample
$77 for blood test and $75 for the xray

I got AOR and I(PA) linked my application.
I wonder if sponsor can sign in CIC with own ID,link application and check PR status.
How are you guys checking the status together ??
