Just got my GCMS notes. My file has not been touched since April, when they obtained my finger print and I passed criminality. It is in Scarbourough.

What is mean "test ready tagged" and the notes?

I think it quite literally means that you have been tagged as ready to write the test. Probably just waiting for a spot to schedule you.

What is mean "test ready tagged" and the notes?

Does it just say Test Ready infront location or does it say Test Ready Tagged?

He Guys,

I have applied for Citizenship on November 22, 2018, received acknowledgment on January 29, 2019, processing started on February 4, 2019. but still waiting for test date.

Any idea why it is getting delayed? or is this normal?

Why I m asking this question cuz one of my friend has applied on December 2018 and already completed the oath ceremony.

Call CIC, the for sure will tell you that you still need to wait, but on November 22 you have to contact them because the Processing Time till decision made is 12 month since the day they received the application.
I did may test on May 14, 2019 and I'm still waiting for the letter of the Decision Made result (oath or refuse).
