Well....after waiting & waiting & waiting, they finally announced a citizenship ceremony for Charlottetown, PEI this Thursday. Unfortunately...no invite & they say the next one will probably not be until April

I did my voting today, it was very simple, just like in New Delhi, India; 100% same process.
Where to go for passport and which form to be used? How many forms to be filed?
Someone advised me to file additional form, I don't find the forms.
Your assistance will be highly appreciated.

You dont need additional documents. Just submit the only form and get guarantor information required in form plus two references. Thats is all whats required other than your ids and two passport photos. And if u need ur passport quickly will suggest to got to passport centre not service canada as u can get normal passport from passport office in 10 busienss days but service canada will take a month
