There is no pattern in how oath invites are being given. Some people got it the same day they wrote the test for the next day of Oath and some are waiting for months. So no clue what to expect at all. Just wait and there will be email some day.

Hi All,

I just received the Oath invitation via email moments ago
Oath Date: August 21, 9:30 am
Location: 325 Milner Ave, Scarborough.

Finally after waiting for so long since Apr 4 (decision made that day), got the invite.

Thank you all for all the support. Good luck to all those that are still waiting. :)

congrats that great news

There is a line added in ECAS as well.

We sent you a notice on July 23, 2019 to appear and take the oath of citizenship at the citizenship ceremony to be held on August 21, 2019 at 9:30 AM. The notice you will receive will be your official confirmation of your appointment.

I noticed that some (possibly many) status data points on the tracking sheet column N (Notes...) do not include notes regarding finger prints requests. For example, I received the request on Mar. 5, 2019 and I supplied prints on Mar. 06, 2019. But this info does not show up in the sheet against my row. Also, Andy_s mentioned his FP date just today, but it is not on the tracking sheet. Also, it appears that once someone is granted citizenship, all that the 'Notes' field says is something like 'Goal Achieved', thereby removing any prior notes around FP requests. I believe FP request data is important and may significantly affect processing times. Therefore, I would request capturing this more accurately and not removing the data even after someone is granted citizenship. This might help many of us!

Thank you for the great work! I am a data nerd so I love sifting through the information provided.

Man its hard to keep updating the sheet in itself and i believe getting finger prints request has no impact on ur processing times as evident from completed apps. But in case you want to see that info please help me in this as you can request edit access for spreadsheet and be a helping hand.

So....I’m fairly new to the site & therefor not included on the spreadsheet. I’m still waiting for a test date (receipt date was November).

That being said....to those that have passed (or at least taken the test), did you just use the Discover Canada booklet to study, or is there a better alternative?

Thank you!!

Can you share your full timeline. I cant find you in the SS.
Application received November 13
Processing started January 26
