What is the correct answer to the below question

How many electoral districts are there in Canada?
A. 98.
B. 168.
C. 338.
D. 308.

Is it 308 (as written on the guide) or 338 (which is the actual number of electoral district?

If you have both 308 and 338 in the options, go for the 338 as that's the correct one. My bet is that you will have either 308 or 338 as an option and not both.

I would not report the address change, to be honest.
It is up to you. Just keep the contact with the people that will live in that house and the owners and tell them that you will expect letters from the Gov, till the Oath (of course, give them your full name, so they recognize the receiver and do not send the item back to the sender by mistake).

Once you have the Oath date, notify the Gov about the change of address.

The Mail Forwarding service with Canada Post is not guaranty that the letters from the Government are going to be mailforwarded (some envelops mention Do not MailForwarding).
