Hello folks!
I sent my application in first half of November, 2018 and CIC received it in a few days. They started the process in second half of February. I haven't heard back from them since then. No more updated on their website. Any idea what's going on? Are you guys receiving the invitation to take the test?
It's taking a very long time as it's almost 6 months since I sent the application.
(I'm in Vancouver, if that helps)
Thanks!

For what I know this is normal. People in Calgary are just extremely lucky that their local office is so efficient! I am in Waterloo, same timeline as you, and also haven't heard from them yet about the exam/interview

Hello There
As my one is in Scarborough and after sending fingerprint on 6th March no further update..do you think its normal?
It is normal. I too am in the same boat. A few of my friends who applied in July 2018 did their tests in Feb 2019 (6 months) and their oath last month. That seems to be the more 'normal' timeline for Scarborough. So I expect there to be some movement in June (6 months from date of submission) for us. Hang in there and wait. Our time will be here, shortly :)

Oath Invite Date: May 23, 2019
Oath Date: July 29th, 2019.

A day after my birth day. What a citizenship gift. To God be the glory.
Pls update.
