I just got my first Canadian passport 10 minutes ago. In my case processing time was extremely fast. Less than six months.

Would be great to meet in person. But we have a different plan, we have a 2.5 month old and we are not ready to leave him with a nanny or any person that we do not know at all. So we have decided to postpone one of our interview/ test, so one of us is with the baby when other is writing test . So far this is our plan. My in-law is planning to visit us (sometime in June), in that case if test happens when she is here, then things will be different.

Received on Nov 8, AoR on Jan 21 and In-process on Jan 28. IMO, with limited space/resources it takes time to accommodate multiple applicants for test together as compare to a single applicant. Ours is family application (2 adults), so may take some more time to get interview invitation

I have exact same timeline like yours Recived, AOR and In process exactly same. waiting for test...
