November 2018 - Citizenship Applications

Looks like you sent along with application. But CIC needs wheb you finish all processes.

Hi All

I received a credit of $75.00 from CIC on 25th February 2019. This amount was for the Citizenship Certificate and was paid from my credit card.
The Status still reflects as application in process from 15 February 2019.

Anyone has been credited the same amount or any reason why this amount might have been credited back?

So that means they r agency as well. Why this much wait for appointment than? Isnt there any other RCMP acredited agency who can take u in earlier? Even if there is not you should be ok as long as the finger prints are done within 30 days. When CIC receives it doesnt matter

Quick Question: I also applied to renew my PR card simultaneously with my citizenship application. When I try to see the status of my PR card renewal on ECAS it directs me always to the Citizenship application status. Any way to see explicitly the PR status?

Also, there shouldn't be an problem with applying for both things simultaneously right?

I received the letter yesterday for fingerprint request dated 19th Feb, and it is mentioned in the letter that your fingerprints must be taken within 30 days of the letter, that will be March 20th or so. But the first available appointment I got is for the 13th of March. I am not sure how much time they take to process.
So I got some questions if anyone can clarify please --
--So who send the result
-- Will I receive it and forward it to CIC
--or that organization taking fingerprints will send it
-- How much time they take for this
--what if it passed 30 days
-- this 30 days time is to get the fingerprint taken or send them the result?

This letter was showed on Ecas too??? Did you get an email also?? I'm concern because I updated my address online, but I don't know if they might send it to my previous address by mistake.

Hi Guys.. I have applied for my wife and daughter on 15th Feb. my wife is also sponsoring her mom so the ecas currently shows the sponsorship application. once the citizenship application gets in process, will I be able to see the citizenship and sponsorship application on same ecas or I have to go with some other procedure?

Hey guys I confirm today that my file is in Kitchener.

The agent said that my file is already at the local office in Kitchener and so for everything looks good. She said I should just keep studing. A date is not on my file for test yet but from it made it to the local off I may get test invite soon.

Guys how his the Kitchener if doing in processing time?
