What is it really? Sydney checks the documents. If they are ok, mailed to the closest immigration office. That point we receive AOR. In process may be when the local office receives the mail and register our application in their system?

Hi Guys
After I applied for PR in 2014, my wife appeared for IELTS which we thought we might use in express entry if our application for PR doesn't get through, we never sent her IELTS to IRCC but we still have the original. I know I can use my IELTS which I used for my immigration application, can my wife use her IELTS as proof of language?

if you have received AOR, u may try using file# / application #
