When remedicals are done, does it show "We are reviewing the results or medical exam" or it just directly goes to " You have passed the medical exam"

Currently I am seeing "We have requested a medical exam. Check your messages below for details"
 
Hi guys I can’t call them if I use web form it says it’s at ndvo no update my medical expired no update after that my status just changed to you don’t need medical right now and no update since then
