Well, yes they will always try to keep up with the 80% rate but the pending cases will be touched at some point. They're just not a priority anymore compared to new cases.

I think the pending cases will be lying around until some officer decides to pick it up. We will just never know when it will be picked up since there is no set timeline. Previously, we had a 6 month expectation but once that 6 months pas it's a limbo waiting game.
Are you going to order notes?

I already did. Will receive it next month.

Finally I will know which incompetent officer is assigned to my case :D:D
I am thinking of ordering notes too. What website did you use? I am disappointed with IRCC. I have practically begged them for an update but nothing

Guys I did my WES in August 2016 as I was planning to move to Canada that time but changed my decision....after a gap of 3 year I applied last year in November...now my wes will expire in August 2019...considering current scenario I can't be assured of getting PPR anytime sooner...Do I need to re apply for my wes ?

GCMSBuddy.

I don't really see any difference between Eligibility - Recommended Pass/Met or Eligibility - Review Required

Since both cases are left untouched.

There is no timeline for you anymore. Your 6 months were crossed after May 26th so you're now part of the 20%. God alone knows what is going to happen next. Order GCMS notes if you want to know more of what is going on with your case

What is GCMS? Sorry for the ignorance but I am totally clueless here.. it's never racking to keep waiting like this indefinitely

Good for you!! I have done the same too. It's right that we move on since our cases are pretty much in limbo. There is basically no set time frame by when we can expect a decision.

I still cannot forget the day when I moved to IP2 and was asked for RPRF on April 19th. I felt so relieved that my journey that began back in 2017 is finally coming to an end. Never even imagined that 2 months later I will still be in this nightmare. Wish I could go back in time and tell myself that lol :D:D:D:D

I did my application online through CIC for the FSW Express Entry. There is absolutely no update at the cic account regarding any further status of my application! What to do?
