Nov 2 and Nov 4 are really unlucky it seems...... Seems like same agent working on both dated files...... Highy inefficient and slow 
Ottawa case officers are doing an outstanding job. So happy with how they're handling these processing times
Perhaps they are waiting for your security clearance which can easily take 2-3 months. If it’s already processed, an officer will likely be looking at your file today being your bring forward date. Hope for the best you’re almost there.
Same goes for November 24th,atleast you are in IP2..some of us are still stuck at iP1.even after webform query said BG in process .Nov 2 and Nov 4 are really unlucky it seems...... Seems like same agent working on both dated files...... Highy inefficient and slow
Since your AOR is a combination of both 2 and 4.
