Anyone else who is unable to login? It logs me in to the very first page where it shows the last login time. But when i hit continue, it doesnt respond

When I last checked my eligibility and security had not started as per the agent on the 13th but file was transferred to London on the 16th
I read somewhere that it’s common for status to change to not started when file is being moved to Local office. Anyway let’s hope things start moving. There has been activity for mid nov AORs but I guess that’s mostly from Ottawa.
Does anyone know what does secondary office mean in Notes. I have creation date of 2010 in notes with 3 offices (CIO, CPC-Vegreville, OSC). i was never there in that year. i went for vacation in 2004 and 2012 but not 2012. it is mentioned under secondary office.

i had 2 NOCs - civil engr and civil eng tech
never called
never ordered gcms notes.
no adr.
no travel history.
this forum has helped me see the trend in ppr timelines. what i can say is that ppr comes 178 - 200 days or it might just be the case for filipinos.
i wish you all Nov aors will get their PPRs this May. keep praying.
with this i can now propose to my girlfriend. hehehe. cheers!

No update at all after this
Ordered GSMS notes on March 14, 2019, received the notes on April 24, 2019.
Nothing was started.
Called the agent twice and they said nothing started. Raised CSE once and was told processing the eligibility (on May 8, 2019) but nothing reflected as such in the CIC profile.
First ghost update: May 16, 2019 (IP2)
Second ghost update: May 17, 2019
PPR: May 18, 2019 (4:20 am IST).
This forum has helped me a lot. I pray that each one of you get your PPR mail soon.
Just an observation: My file didn't move at all. All the agents, even the notes and the web form said that nothing has started and it might take more than 6 months to get the golden mail but I had faith in God that miracle will happen and I will get it before time and today that miracle happened.
There is nothing greater than having faith. I know it's difficult to remain calm but just have faith that whatever is good for us it will happen and if it is meant for us it will happen.

Omg its so frustrating. They should have mention it before so you guys had it done before with everything else.
But anyhow, I think you guys cant do much in this matter and have to provide them as asked.
I think security checking is bit strict since all this bad stuff going around the world.
Which countries your husband been to because some countires are on high alrert in security matters so may be they need for that speciic country.
But it still so annoying but keep your spirit up and do it asap
