Does PPR really mean a guaranteed PR? I would like to book my tickets as flight rates are increasing everyday and as usual seats are getting filled up for Toronto from Bangalore. Should I go ahead and book it? I just need advice from people who are probably on the same boat as me. Also, I received PPR on 26th April and my passport reached IRCC office New Delhi on 1st of May.

AOR - Nov 3
FSW Outland
I think you are safe and you can go on and book your tickets.

I have booked my tickets too:)

Hi guys,
Everyone are very positive about receiving ppr next week. Good to see that.
My AOR is 14th Nov.
I have no updates on my file,as i have submitted my profile through an agent. He says everything is normal and CIC is taking its own time.
Can i also expect ppr next week?
My NOC is 601.
Look for suggestions.

Great.
Good to see someone in the forum with same NOC and same status.
Lets hope for some good news, by next week, then...

Though i want the Josh to be high, CIC's delay is creating a low Josh...

You will get your PPR tomorrow or Monday Max. I’m Nov 3rd too. IP1 to IP2 on 25th April without any email (just ghost update) and PPR on 26th before I woke up.

Is the timeline of 1-2 days PPR post IP2 always the case? Like you, I am AOR 03Nov18 and I got asked to pay RPRF and IP2 on 25Apr19. I paid and completed the payment and uploaded the receipt when I woke up on the 26th. I believe they confirmed the documents around the 29th or 30th. I was actually hopeful of getting the PPR the next few days but it did not happen. Until now, I am still waiting for the golden email. Now, I'm a bit worried that there may be something wrong with my application. Anyone else have the same situation?

Cheers!

Nov 2 here and I was asked RPRF on Apr 19. I thought the PPR will come the following week but they've asked me ADR for WES ECA on Apr 23 and another ADR for work experience on Apr 26. Still waiting....

No problem i will do that, will change its wording. But its ok if my manager wrote it and my HR is the one who signed it instead and i clear that in the LOE because my letter is detailed that the HR wont be able to draft such a thing but before he signs he will cross check its correctness and check with my manager too ofc

Yes keep it simple. List your duties according to your NOC, give it to HR to proofread and also let the HR include the hours of work (full time - 40hrs), and salary. HR can print and sign it on Letterhead afterwards. It's really not necessary to write the "reporting under my Supervision" thing if the person can't sign it.

Don’t worry about it. I’d paid RPRF upfront while submitting files on 3rd Nov and so I got the golden email soon as it hit the IP2. It’s just a matter of few days or maybe a week for you. Just hold your horses!

ya no problem, i will remove it, but at least is it ok to mention that the manager is the one who wrote the letter
