As far as I know, it is the only VO that’s been issuing PPRs consistently. Yes there are slower offices, such as Montreal. There is no news from NDVO either
So for I've only seen Ottawa issuing PPRs for FSW-O applicants. The rest of the VOs are only issuing PPR for CEC applicantsThanks
