In my profile for background check it says your application is in progress. We will send u a message when we start ur background check. Will they send a message in my application or through mail? How long will the background verification take? It shows the same status since December 6th 2018 after receiving the request letter for BGV

Unfortunately u ain't be receivin when BGC will process ! No one can really predict BGC will take how much time . Mine BGC started week before receivin PPR !
IP1 and IP2 don't have any relevance these days.
its hard to predict how long background verification will take. Like the rest of us you have to be patient.
I am concerned because I can only check my online account and not emails as email Id is of my consultant. They should update on time. And I can see in threads that ppl r receiving emails and account is not getting updated properly. @SithLord please let me know as soon as u receive rprf request as our timeliness pretty similar. Thanks.
Yup ! Received PPR day before yesterday. All mentioned in me signature .
@SithLord one of my aquaintance with an August AOR was told that her timeline has increased from February to March ..but she got her mail in Feb itself so you never know and really believe whatever the agent tells you..just be postive pretty sure you’ll receive the mail very soon
