Yes, should be fine I guess. From what I read, generally most applications are dispatched from Sydney to other VOs after R10 check. However, some files are processed at Sydney itself.

Did an agent say when you file was send there?

Great news!! Finally, managed to get through to an IRCC agen and he said my application is in case processing centre in Ottawa, Ontario

Did they ask for a RCMP police check?

I believe RCMP police check is for Canadian police certificate and would only be required for people who have spent some time in Canada. I haven’t visited Canada yet, ever.

After getting some good advice here, I did create a profile last night and submitted it. Out of blue, there was a draw on 19th morning and received ITA again. Also started the communication with Hungarian consulate in USA. Consular officer was nice and said will help us out by providing original electronic doc. Now will wait and see.
Luckily all other documents are already in place. So if I get the Hungary PCC, I will be able to submit quickly.

The conversation was very short. Probably just 2 minutes. All he said was my application was received by the case processing centre in Ottawa and that all my documents were in order.

Anyone applying with their family? I am principal applicant with my spouse and two children currently ages 11 months and 3 years old. I am wondering if this affects the processing time. Side note, I have a provincial nomination from Nova Scotia and am coming from the USA.

Family: No at all , at least not negatively
PNP: , no proven theory available, Studies are in process by many current applicants , but no consistent results to prove any trend.
