Review Required is not necessarily a problem. Everyone's Eligibility at some point will change to "Review Required". Eligibility is getting calculated and recalculated multiple times before a case analyst assesses it. Right before the case analyst gets to it, its status changes to "Review Required" as it needs to be evaluated by a person. The the analyst checks eligibility and marks it as "Met".

The problem begins if Review Required was put by a case analyst him/herself after review.

You might have called at the time when your Eligibility is waiting to be checked by an analyst or it could be that it was reviewed and the analyst is not satisfied with some of your documents.
You won't find out what exactly happened unless you order GCMS notes

Hi

Thanks for reply , i called the CIC again , i got to agent and i asked what the reason for review required, he told me that The offer letter which i submitted is not recent ..

Nov 15th I Got an ITA , I have uploaded the Company offer letter which generated on Sep 24th . I think usually the offer letter will be couple of months older .

I am confused here.. will it be for rejection .

Brace yourselves it's going to rain PPR next week
Fingers crossed for that! I thought I wasn't going to be able to see anything because I'm on IP2 since the beginning, but there it was, the 'application updated' thing!

No. It has to be signed by the manager if he wrote it. Because if the letter says "under my direct supervision" and signed by HR - They would assume that you are working under the HR in that department and your entire job duties will be amiss.

Either: have your HR write the job duties and sign it. Or have the Manager write and sign it. If its easier, get the HR to sign it AFTER the manager listed the job duties in 3rd person - instead of "under my direct supervision", they can write "under the manager's direct supervision". That will eliminate all confusion.
No problem i will do that, will change its wording. But its ok if my manager wrote it and my HR is the one who signed it instead and i clear that in the LOE because my letter is detailed that the HR wont be able to draft such a thing but before he signs he will cross check its correctness and check with my manager too ofc

Also my manager can sign only on plain paper i can attach this too, i already have it but letterhead is the one with the HR signature.
The only difference is the intro of the letter.
