Yeah thats scary. I sent an email to Ottawa office and they responded by saying that your file is in queue for a review by an Officer. I don't know what to make out of this.

By 9th May, hopefully, I will reveive my 2nd set of GCMS. I hope everything is cleared.

When did you send that email? That is actually good news. It means your file is probably on the officer's desk and he will pick it up at some point.

When I called IRCC, 2 weeks ago, I was told the exact same thing and then a week later I got RPRF request.

That's Letter of Explanation. Even I had that. That isn't something to worry about and it's pretty normal.

That really depends!! I have seen cases that have been in RR for at least a year. If you find out about RR, then best thing to do is order gcms notes, it will clearly give you an understanding what documents are set for RR.

For example, if your work experience is under RR, then you can get an updated work experience letter detailing all your roles and responsibilities, salary, hours of work etc. You could also attach your pay slips, offer letter etc as additional proof. Hopefully, this will help clear your RR but again, it really depends when an officer picks up your file.

I have seen a few cases when applicants send additional information during RR and their file gets cleared in a month or 2

This is just r10 check. You need to check officer notes to see what’s the status on your eligibility. It would be either passed,met/recommended passed or review required.

If officer notes are not present that means your eligibility is not started yet.

Also, check 2nd page which gives status for eligibility, criminality and security.

Guys .. i had a visa rejection from US so it was a yes to stat question ... and most likely will go for review required. So will there be big delays because of that rr?

Mine are also same notes. Only R10 is there. Then file moved to Ottawa and last note is PreVu verified. Notes were generated after 90 days of Aor.
It's really weird as almost every person has officers notes in 90 days.
Looks like they are doing security check for us first'.

Many times. even GCMS shows R10 completion. Meds and Criminality Passed. Info Sharing in progress.

Eligibility and BGC - Not Started.

Ordered fresh sets on 8th April. Previous GCMS were as of Jan.

Had PreVu verified in notes. Legal falcon told someone that it refers to security started.

And for me info sharing was completed with mep and R10.
U should check Ur activity section for security check.
So u have no A11.2 activity in notes.
Check activities and see the updated by and date there.

Better order CBSA notes as it's sure you are in SS.
And I think that your new notes will give some idea .
I am 5 months now so thinking of ordering gcms and CBSA now.

Any previous travels and Visas or refusals
And declared them all ? as your info sharing is taking time ,so seems they have requested some information from partner countries and waiting for their response.
