Or maybe they just prioritise by touching the paper documents. If the touch is smooth it gets priority clearence. The way they prioritise applicants is by smelling your documents. Reliable sources have told me that the officer assigned to your file prints your documents and smells it. If he/she likes the smell, it gets priority clearance. Otherwise they’ll relook at it once they’re bored with other smells. Good luck guys!
Congratulations!Got email to send my passport to Ottawa
I'm assuming our files are yet to be transferred from Calagary to Vancouver... so could be a few more weeks, plus interviews are now scheduled for end of May in Vancouver... it will be like almost end of the summer before we get PR cardsStill no news for me too, im thinking we are in a que for a landing interview at Vancouver?
I haven’t paid rprf yet and it hasn’t been requested even though everything is passed on my application, hence my thoughts about landing interview as you normally pay it there if you haven’t done so yet?
Read a lot of forums yesterday saying sometimes it comes around the 3 week mark after the last ghost update, which will be tomorrow for me, so i’ll let you know if I hear anything
Great! CongratulationsI got ready for visa mail today
My NOC is 4011 college lecturer
My aor was 19 dec
Hello Everyone,
Been a silent reader of this forum for a while now. I just wanted @SithLord and everyone else in the same boat to know you're not the only ones left in the dark. Below is my timeline:
Nationality - Nigerian (Single Applicant)
AOR - Nov 2, 2018
IP2 - Since the beginning i.e Nov 2
Biometrics Request - Nov 30
MEP - Dec 3
Biometrics Updated - Dec 6
And since then, Complete Silence till date. Raised a CSE March 7th and received automated message, basically repeating what i have on my online profile in different words. The only info gathered was that my file is at CPC Ottawa following initial assessment at CIO Sydney.
This forum has been the only thing keeping me sane both the negative rants (esp. @SithLord which, sometimes express exactly how i feel) and the positive news and encouragement that lifts my spirit and keeps me going. I pray we all get our PPRs in good timing and see our Canadian dreams fulfilled.
I ordered twice, and I will order another next week lolNovember folks ... with April half gone this is a good time to order your GCMS notes if you haven't done that already!
All the best!
CongratulationsHello everyone,
I finally Got the Ready for visa mail (PPR) at 2.07am and 2.08 am WAT (mail was sent twice). Couldn't believe it!
After MEP on Dec. 3 and biometric update on Dec.6, there was no movement in file since, no ghost update. absolute silence until now that i got the PPR mail. online status still reads the same as it was after biometrics except for application status showing updated and then submitted after the ppr mail.
Thank you so all for your support and encouragement you all kept me going and kept me sane, even cheering me up sometimes. @SithLord and everyone still waiting, i'm eagerly awaiting your PPR testimony!
