Hi i had also ordered notes and my situation is the same.. i had recommended passed on eligibility since 11th Jan and today i called them and the agent mentioned my application is under review? Do you or anyone else know what this can mean? Can they change the status from recommended passed to review required? In my notes all was good. I'm really confused on that status.
Phone agents are unreliable, if you are still worried, order the notes. Otherwise, I wouldn't pay much attention to it.

That's what i feel because she never gave me in detailed update just told me its under review and I don't have any further update.

She said your application is under review or eligibility is under review?

She mentioned my application is under review but when i asked for eligibility she still mentioned the same.. wasn't telling me anything other than "under review"

Due dates can change/update and it is highly unlikely for the officer to overturn a decision made on the application if everything checks out. Check the notes at the bottom for any red signs. If there are none, it should be fairly straight forward for the officer to pass it.

If all is good for security, then you should get your PPR very soon.

All the best !
Do you know by any chance whay it means by " review required stat questions?". I have h1b1 rejected mentioned in there.

I just got off the phone after talking to an agent, she said that everything seems fine on the file and eligibility has started though Background hasn’t started as yet. She said most probably final decision will be made within the timeline.
I also contacted IRCC and got the same reply, eligibility in progress and background not started yet and I was clearly told that since 6 months still haven't completed.... no need to worry. So, all she did was read out whatever information is available on my profile.

Permanent address on the passport is the state where the PCC is usually issued.
Not necessarily. I am currently living in Mumbai and permanent address is of Delhi. I got PCC from Mumbai only. The only catch here is if the duration is short at your current address, you'll have to convince police person who'll visit your house.
