I completely agree. There is no end to this randomness. Nov 2nd AOR and no updates since MEP Dec 13th. Not even an ADR. But after reading all this i am thinking no one can really predict anything with certainty.
Hope things start moving soon.
Then you should be happy that there isn’t any ADR even after 100 days

Guys, what's the best time to call CIC? I tried many times and couldn't connect due to volume. Today is 106th day from AOR

I had tried at 12:30 AM India time and after three attempts finally got onto the queue and had to wait for 25 mins max. I know its a little late in the night for people calling from India but your chnaces of getting through are slightly better.

Thanks will try.

Maybe they even have not looked at the application thereby no ADR :( So many uncerrtanties
Precisely why it makes me jittery. I called them last week and the agent said nothing has started. So i would like to believe that she was just readinng out my account page to me. Anyways have ordered GCMS notes to see where i am inn the process as 106 days post AOR.

AOR-22nd Nov. My application shows eligibility is in review process, but when I called the agent, she said, you have passed the eligibility criteria and background check is processing. I guess, they don't regularly update the website application status. Has this happened to anyone else?
What exactly did you ask the agent? Did you ask whether you passed eligibility?

Yes, I asked if I passed eligibility criteria. I started the convo by asking about BG update, that I didn't receive any notification about the update, and later asked about the eligibility.

Today is a happy, happy day.

No, I haven't got my PPR.

No, I haven't got one of those "ghost updates" or have my status changed to "IP2".

In fact, there has not been any updates on my application since Dec 10th.

Then, why am I happy?

Because today it is 3 months since my AOR date. I am a glass half full type of person, so rather than focusing on how "unfair" it is that some nationalities or categories are getting PPR before me... I am focusing on the fact that I am getting closer to my PPR! :)

Life is short, there is no point wasting time being anxious or worried about things you can't control.

This thread is one of the most negative AOR threads on the forum. People insulting their own country instead of looking at the positives and enjoying the positives in their remaining days. People insulting visa officers who are just trying to do their jobs. People insulting one of the most immigration friendly developed countries in the world.

Remember, there are millions of people who will happily take your place and bear the "stress" of waiting 2 months without any update for a near 100% chance to get into Canada.

Take a moment today and be thankful of the circumstances that enabled you to reach this point.

Hoping for more positivity in this thread :)
