Try this:
Click "Check full application status"
Click "View Submitted application or upload documents"

You may find the upload option there.

If this does not work then you have to upload the document using webform.

Submitting webform will not update the Your action is required.
My PFL date was 24-12-2019. Till yesterday, I kept on checking my profile that may be there's a tab to upload a document and today after checking your this message, I checked my profile again and there was a "folder" in View Submitted application or upload documents, in the end naming REPLACEMENT NEEDED, CLIENT INFORMATION REQUIRED, UPLOAD FILE,23-01-2020 so i submitted my PFL reply right now through my profile and status has been changed to SUBMITTED instead of Your action is required.

I also submitted the reply through IRCC Webform and IRCC Webform London.

Thank you brother,

You're awesome :)

ARTI BHATIA

Dear ARTI BHATIA:

This is in reference to your application for permanent residence. To finalize your application, we require:

1) Passports

  • VFS is our trusted partner for safe and secure passport transmission. Using VFS services is the only way to submit your passport. Contact VFS in India (www.vfsglobal.ca/canada/india) or in Nepal (www.vfsglobal.ca/canada/Nepal) and pay the requisite fees for the Passport Transmission Services . A separate envelope is required for each passport.

  • Please take this letter and present it to VFS for the purchase of the secure Passport Transmission Service. VFS will send your passport to the High Commission of Canada in New Delhi in a secure envelope. You will then be advised by VFS when your passport has been returned and is ready to be picked up.

  • Please note that permanent resident visas cannot be placed in Diplomatic, Official or Military passports.
  • There must be at least two blank pages in each passport.
  • We are unable to issue a visa beyond the expiry date in your passport. Your passport must be valid for at least six months.

2) Photographs

Please provide two (2) recent photographs along with your passports for yourself and each accompanying dependent. For instructions on photo requirements and specifications, see: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/pdf/5445EB-e.pdf

· Death of applicant, dependant of sponsor/assisting relative;

· Birth of a child and/or pregnancy (please provide expected date of confinement);

· Change in health;

· The laying of criminal charges or conviction for a criminal offence;

· A change in availability of funds for use in Canada;

· Change of address or phone number

4) Submitting your passport(s) in Canada (CPC-O)

If you have a mailing address in Canada and if you and all the accompanying dependents on your application are currently in Canada and plan to be in Canada for at least three months, you may submit your passport(s) to the Case Processing Centre – Ottawa.

You are required to send your document(s) together along with a copy of this letter by mail or courier to the following address with the additional following document:

So... hang in there.... it's just matter of waiting game. Your turn will come soon too.....[/QUOTE

Atleast people in forum are receiving document request and remedical request ....my file seems to be stuck ..like since ages ..15 months and counting ...file in LVO ..New Delhi
I dont understand ...we asked fr an extension fr submitting our marriage certificate document which we did submit later ...with a week delay. LOE for PCC also uploaded.
GCMS notes reveal eligibility recommend pass in recommendation notes and review req fr spouse PCC .No points have been deducted fr employment or anything.... evrything seems normal.
In last of activity it mentions in eligibility as selection Ee con cancelled thats the unusual finding I thought could be..but evrywhr it mentions recommend pass
M very anxious as no communication from IRCC . NDVO ...I dont understand no response from there and IRCC always responds with generic replies to contact NDVO...Can anybody guide ...and help please... Medicals expired AOR 5th Oct 2018

The feeling is sinking ...! With almost every other VO clearing RR 2018 files, NDVO is yet to issue a single PR. How do we get around them? I mean there must be a way. 15 months of waiting without any updates is not a joke.

Exactly, really disappointed with these guyz...even me too..15 months completed and no update so far... they won't even reply to any query raised and on top of that cic gives a standard response.. they are not even bothered ... we are struggling here and listening to these stories of PPR makes us even more frustrated..

I guess this the case with entire 2018 RR cases in NDVO.. saw few guys still waiting with AOR April and May 2018.. really getting scared..

Any idea how did they deal with 2017 guyz last year at the begining of 2019.. I mean similar to our situation a year behind us.. was it the same for them?
