While I'm positive, I don't want to keep high hopes till the time I see that golden email.

Text Now dropped my call, but the agent confirmed my file is approved, however the office is yet to make a request to send PPR. File is still in Ottawa. Wondering how long that's gonna be, it's almost two weeks since my ghost update.

Got the status bar completed. Issued COPR / counterfoil valid thru to end of Feb.
GC key updated to say everything complete. BGC was done in Oct. this year.

I totally understand ur frustration, I was in the same situation till 5 days ago.
Your issue is minor & since u acted proactively , the RR shall be cleared on its own. U R sad because u expected that ur medical expiry would trigger anything but that is not the case , the file has to be picked up first before the medical desicion is made & that could happen anytime regardless the expiry date of ur first medicals. So don’t put deadlines so as not to be frustrated afterwards & it is so wise of u not to put ur life on hold. If u r still planning to travel next month, do it !! It will help u distract yourself. May u make it safely to the other side, soon

Okay, so today morning when I checked my CIC account, in current status, the status has changed from SUBMITTED to APPLICATION/PROFILE UPDATED and my medical results is now saying YOU DON'T NEED A MEDICAL EXAM. WE WILL SEND YOU A MESSAGE IF THIS CHANGES instead of saying Jan 10, 2019 YOU PASSED A MEDICAL EXAM. So there are 4 things which I'm assuming;

1- I will get Re-medical request.
2- My medical extension (is extension a good thing?)
3-Straight PPR
4-Refusal/Rejection

Normally what happens when a person gets an update like mine after a long 11 months (308 days) silence ?

Okay, so today morning when I checked my CIC account, in current status, the status has changed from SUBMITTED to APPLICATION/PROFILE UPDATED and my medical results is now saying YOU DON'T NEED A MEDICAL EXAM. WE WILL SEND YOU A MESSAGE IF THIS CHANGES instead of saying Jan 10, 2019 YOU PASSED A MEDICAL EXAM. So there are 4 things which I'm assuming;

1- I will get Re-medical request.
2- My medical extension.
3-Straight PPR
4-Refusal/Rejection

Did you order notes? The expiry date will be mentioned on it. When medicals expire, you will get that message.
When did you actually do medicals?
Around 1st week of November of 2018?
