They are.Thought that updates connected to some changes in a file, but now not so sure.
I have been waiting since 18/09Do you mind me asking how long have you been waiting for med clearance after elig; criminality and security being cleared?
Whom did you write to know the status? What's the mail idHello everyone, I just received the reply from MP Weir's office and they forward me the responses from the Immigration and they said eligibility criminality and security are all finalized (I didn't know what does it mean by "finalizing").
But the MP office concluded that it means my application is almost approved. Since my MED will be expired on Nov 2nd, the Immigration said they have requested an extension with their "office of responsibility" and if they approve the extension then we may not be required to do a re-med; if reject the extension then we will receive a re-med notification.
Do you think this is definitely a positive news?
Ok... I also have the feeling that I may have to wait at least for 2 month more, since the MP assitant said "I may get it before 2020..."I have been waiting since 18/09
I don't think medicals should take that longOk... I also have the feeling that I may have to wait at least for 2 month more, since the MP assitant said "I may get it before 2020..."
I hope the same. But I just get the extension request so who knows how long it will take...I don't think medicals should take that long

I got my GCMS notes on September 30. After going through, it apparently seems that the file remained untouched ever since the last update on April 23, 2019. There has literally been no movement at all.
Status
Eligibility: Review Required
Criminality: Passed
Security: Not Started
Info Sharing: Complete for PA and Child, in progress for Spouse
Medicals: Passed and Valid till October 16, 2019
Agent notes suggest "Review Required" for Eligibility and POF, citing the amount transferred with Gift Deed.
I had submitted a new passport for my son on May 15, 2019, for which a visible entry is there but that did not trigger any change or movement in file.
It's pathetic for them not to even look at a file for more than 5 months.
I sent a webform asking for an update. I got the generic response but it looks like they did send a note to the VO responsible for my file. Message below:
"The last BF/due date for this client's application was 2019/03/25. The client is asking for an update on their file since no action was taken and delays have passed. Could you please verify?"
I hope it generates some action on my file. I have a Review Required on eligibility (probably PoF since my bank could not give me the 6 months avg balance required). It's really shameful how they've put our files on the back-burner like this but I guess I might have to wait till 2020 for anything. I've been trying to get a job with no success since returning to my home country to wait for this PR. I'm trying to stay positive but this has really been the worst few months of my life.
The bank gave me a balance statement so in my LoE I told them the bank couldn't send the format they required. I even photocopied my bank book and sent that showing the amount of money going in and out of my account for the past 6 months. The bank couldn't send me any other verification of my transactions and said my record was all that I could provide. I was living in Japan at the time so the information couldn't be translated for my bank book but I sent my payslips and you can see that was my source of income from the money transferred. I didn't receive a gift grant, just savings from my salary.Same thing with my brother's application. Bank couldn't give average 6 months balance thus provided full statement. Did you provide full statement as well?
Do you also have a gift deed?
A note was also sent to the VO as BF/due date was in June. Nothing happened. No activity.
