since security is left blank - looks like they are doing your security check..Hi all, can anyone please interpret this and explain me.
Have heard they aren’t taking calls from outside Canada in order to expedite the working on files.guys,
i used to call IRCC from outside Canada on 613-944-4000. It would then transfer my call to the immigration department.
Lately, they are not transferring the call and disconnecting it directly.
Is there any workaround for calling IRCC from outside Canada.
i was using google hangout to make the calls.
My security is also blank.Hi all, can anyone please interpret this and explain me.

How do you know it is RR for POF? Did you order notes?
Wait until the automated message tells you they can't connect you to an agent and then press 0, it will bypass the system and connect you to an agent. I have been calling from outside Canada and it has worked every time.guys,

Could be.hi guys, my brother also applied after me. I received PR on May 27th of this year and my AOR was Nov 7th. My brother has AOR Dec 29 2018.
He is applying from Hong Kong and his application is also being processed in the hong kong office.
After he raised a webform he was replied to by the consul general of canada in hong kong's migration section. He was told
"Please be advised that your application is pending the results of background checks. These checks may be lengthy. We will contact you when we have further information."
Does this mean security screening?
