Wow, I didn't realise they wouldn't have access to your files. They say that on the automated message system but I thought that was just a way to get us who live outside of Canada to stop calling them. My files are at the Ottawa office. You should try sending a webform message and see if they respond even if it's a generic responses.
Got this reply from CPC-Ottawa after a reminder was sent by the agent
Your file is currently under review and requires additional verifications. As a result, the assessment period will be outside of our posted processing times.
Unfortunately at this time we are not able to determine when your application will be finalized, but our office will contact you as soon as all verification are completed, or if any additional information or documents are required.
We appreciate your patience and ask that you keep correspondence with our office to a minimum.
No help whatsoever, and the last sentence is unbelievable, I do not call or write, there is no update for 9 months, and they are asking me to keep the correspondence to minimum? smh...that is rude!

Don't feel so bad because it's a standard message. Almost everybody receives one of these messages when a reminder is sent. It has got nothing to do with your particular case. If you send another reminder then you may receive a message that your file is in queue for review by an officer and they will thank you for keeping your correspondence to a minimum.
That one in the Brazilian fb group? 54 days!! It's been almost twice that long since my ghost update!So now people with June 2019 AORs are getting PR

While I cannot give you a timeframe for the completion of this application, please be assured that you will be contacted as soon as a final decision has been made.

There are only 6 or 7 PPL who got rejection after 6 months on whole immitracker. Please don't spread panic with false info.
Letting out frustration is ok and welcome here.
This message comes from Ottawa when eligibility is passed after RR. Criminality and security may be pending.
Seen a few RR cases getting this message near to their PPR.
Earlier response in RR is file is in queue.
Though Rec pass and met cases too get file in queue.
That sucks bud. SUCKS!Very disappointed after reading notes. I would have been okay had I not received notes but now I know there is absolutely nothing wrong with my documents. I think they were planning on sending me PPR once they received confirmation of RPRF. They got confirmation on April 23 and on April 26 instead of sending PPR they sent me an ADR for proof of employment and income
No clue what happened during that 1 week that changed their decision

Even candidates - 2 of them i know of who got rejected for the systems carelessness and then when they raised web form - got approved and PPR in less than 2 weeks time
