I checked ecas, it says they sent me a notice for oath. I have not received by email so I am assuming I will receive By mail.

Thank you for taking time to respond on my post I had my test last September 17 and to my surprise the officer didn’t ask for any NBI or police clearance now my application is DM, Im glad they didn’t ask for one though because my husband is pretty busy loooking after animals and I don’t drive in Toronto

Test Date : 10 Sept 2018 (Scarborough Town Center location)
(I appear in the test and passed on same date. Immigration officer was very nice and she just asked about my work and all. I could see she wrote DM ( I think decision made) on my application at the same time ).

CIC Status Update : 12 Sep 2018 - Decision Made
Waiting for Oath.

Got an email about the Test Date: October 4th 2018 at Scarborough Citizenship and Immigration.

What documents apart from my Passports and PR card are required?

Test date Sept 19 2018 at Scarborough. 20/20.
21 Sep 2018 - Decision Made. Waiting for Oath Invite.

As my PR had expired in June18, and no news on my Nov17 citizenship application; I did submit a PR renewal application on June8th. Now both Citizenship and PR renewal show as Decision Made. Lets see which one comes first, the renewed PR or the Oath invite.

Did oath on 20th September 2018, please update

We gave test on this 20th at Scarborough. I got 19/20 but my wife got 14/20. Now she will get another test invite in next 4-8 weeks. We prepared from online test portals mainly from v-soul. Language of the questions in the test is different however you get enough knowledge to answer those. My wife's preparation was way better then me however the test which she got had question which were not on the websites so do read the book if you are preparing for the test.

COPR (not all officers check this. Bring it if you have it, even if it’s a photocopy)
2 pieces of provincial ID (Health card, Drivers License, or Ontario photo ID)
Originals of any photocopies of documents you submitted with your application are good to carry as well
