I applied in nov 2017
IP since feb 1,2018 after that i havent heard anything from cic, still waiting for test. I live in Grande prairie, Alberta . So my office is Edmonton . Can somebody tell me what to do ?

Wait patiently. I am Feb. 2nd without a test invite You can call but they will simply tell you that you are inside the 12 month window! To me it looks like they took one half of the applications with a goal to complete them this summer and I imagine once done they will begin on the second half. Courage.

Please share with me your info if you are in the same situation.
Thank you to all the people that contribute to this forum.

aor 29/01/2018
started processing 13/03/2018
test invite 18/05/2018
test date done 18/06/2018 passed with 20/20
decision made right the day after the test 19/06/2018

how did you get your test notification? my guess would be you would have the same mode of communication from cic. Vancouver sends out emails if i am not mistaken.

Thanks for your reply. Did you apply from Grande prairie as well ? And you mean our test will be in grande prairie office ?

Hi,

Had my test yesterday and scored 20/20. It was pretty easy and the interviewer only asked to see PR, health card and Driving Licence. Have decision made on the application today.
My location is Mississauga so some of you can breathe easy.

Cheers

Congrats, updated the sheet

I checked my ECAS today and the 6th line was there with my oath invite:

6. We sent you a notice on July 10, 2018 to appear and take the oath of citizenship at the citizenship ceremony to be held on September 7, 2018 at 8:00 AM. The notice you will receive will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us.

Please update my status in the tracker.

Thanks,
Mihai
