hopefully Friday before Xmas we should have over 50% AOR for our list.
You got to wait till Jan-Feb for that to happen.
Plenty left in October still, and holidays are coming up.

Check out the averages from Oct or Sept ..I would say it takes around 45 days for it show up on AOR and then another 15-20 days for AOR to IP ..so if you have application receipt day of 1st Nov then you should see AOR by 15th Dec and IP by 15th Jan ..given the holiday back ups in Dec.
For AOR, yes you will get an email. For "in process", no email is sent out. Check ECAS for updates.

I think most of the applications are received within 4-5 days of mailing so please confirm with an estimated date of receipt if you have mailed it using a service which does not track. The folks can help update the tracker.
There are couple who have not mentioned their days, please update once you get a chance.
Hopefully by end of next week we should see the AOR status light up and hopefully Friday before Xmas we should have over 50% AOR for our list.
I hope the people who you listed reply soon. If not, then I suggest we start removing those who are not active and not updating anything.
The aim of this sheet is to include people who give correct updates so we can get right averages.
They did this in October sheet and now it has 100% delivered.
By the way, last week I contacted some people who had their data lacking and some didn't reply. Interestingly one member said she didn't know her name was even in November sheet as she has her name i October. So we need to check again then if everyone agrees remove those who don't respond.

I totally agree, I had made that suggestion earlier too. I will keep on sending reminders..one of the tracker admins can then take a call of removing the non compliant applicant. We can always add them back if they provide full information. I say lets keep our 100% from the start.. except for 20% cases most of the folks will have their updates within 30 days for each stage.

I'm still here! Checking the thread everyday and checking my email too! Hopefully they dont returen my application.... forgot to put names on the picture but photographer stamped it though. I guess i just need to check my mail box.
