I can't believe this is happening. If they return back whole application due to not sign the photo on the back, do we need to pay again whole application?
For both Single and Family application types, photos absolutely need to be stamped and dated by the Studio.
For
Single applications, forgetting to write your name on the backof photos has been acceptable, as several members reported getting AORs without issues recently.
For
Family applications, if you clip each family member's photo to their own set of forms, IRCC has accepted it despite no names on the back. However, if you clump all family member's photos together, IRCC will have no way of determining who's who, and may return your application.
In any case, if your application is returned for this reason, you
do not need to pay again. You can re-use the same fee receipt, attach new correct photos to the returned package and mail it back to them.
