Hi!

My case is as follows:

1. We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on October 18, 2017.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on November 21, 2017.
3. We started processing your application on December 12, 2017.

And I have yet to receive the test invite. I applied from Mississauga, ON. Is this normal? Is there anything I can do to speed up/find out about the process?

3. We started processing your application on February 1, 2018.

from Calgary. Never got that study book but just ordered it online and downloaded a copy as well. They did not say how they sent the AOR in the ECAS so I was waiting for it to come through regular mail as well. Apparently they just sent it through email.

Just print the email and bring it with u to ur test

We had our Oath ceremony yesterday at Scarborough which went great. Now we are Canadian Citizens and it is great to be. Good luck to everyone.

There are few options such as next day, 10 business days and standard option.

It is a big discrepancy. Did you not know that you are short of 6 month almost?
