Hi, I just received an email with the test invite letter (dated today, Feb14) to appear on March 14 "to demonstrate your knowledge of Canada and knowledge of English or French". (So far no update at ECAS)

First November applicant from Vancouver, at least the fist one to report it.

My wife received hers as well, I'm around line 93 in the spreadsheet, please update it, thanks!

Did you receive AOR by email ? If so, they won't mail a physical copy of the book. You can download the audio or pdf version using the link that is provided on ECAS when you check your status, or in the AOR pdf attachement. You can also order a physical copy for free, using the same link.

As far as I know, they don't send a physical book, they send a link so you have online access, if you want a physical book you need to ask for it, I asked for it and received it around 10 days later, and it's free.

1. Only one number to call
1-888-242-2100 ... try options '4' and then '0', IIRC

2. Test invites can be sent by mail or email depending on the CPC.
Thanks so much. That was very helpful. I am dreading rescheduling a little bit. It will only add more time to the process :-(

Hi. I just logged in and saw this now. Ibry ill check my number on the general file
  1. We started processing your application on February 9, 2018.

Happy to see Nov applicants are getting more and more invitation letters. I hope to get mine soon. Good luck to all of us

Congratulations! Looks like there had been couple more Vancouver test invitations today (from October applicants). My parents timeline is very similar to yours, they are from Vancouver and got IP on Jan 23rd. Hopefully they will get interview invitation soon too. (They are senior citizens, so no test)

I have a question. If the person is unemployed, what should I mention for "name of employer, school, other" in question 11. What would be the contact name, phone and email address? Can I keep it blank ?

I’m november applicant and my ecas still application received since jan 16,2018. Hope my papers will be in process soon.
