How would I send an email to my VO?

Mine is the London office in the UK.

My current Visa ends in May and I wanted to see if I can get an update on my visa, hopefully see if I can get it moved forward and processed b4 my old one runs out.

What are my chances if I send a nice letter?

Hi Guys, please help
In the Relationship information and Sponsorship Evaluation Form

There is a question, where they asked if visited each other in during our relationship. I was confused and wanted to know if that includes our courtship period too (time between our engagement and wedding) or just the post marriage period. Please help

Apart from that, I have another question on background declaration form of my wife.

She is trying to put her activity/occupation detail for last 10 years. There are two fields 'From' and 'To' and there is a checkbox that says ongoing. For her current job she is checking the ongoing checkbox and yyyy-mm becomes inactive and then tries to validate the form but it fails. I tried it too. If we leave it blank and then try to validate it fails again. Only way it validates if we have an yyyy-mm info in 'from' and 'to'
field.

Did any else face the same? Please help

That's great news, progress is always good :) I'm a couple weeks behind you so I've got my fingers crossed for some quick Ottawa processing times!

Hi, I'm having trouble with the spreadsheet. For some reason, it's only showing New Delhi timelines. It looks like the rest of the rows are hidden, but I'm not able to unhide those rows. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!

I am permanent residence recently got married and applied spouse sponsorship for my wife who lives in India in November 2014. Sponsor is approved, and file was moved to New Delhi in December 2014.

There is no update after my AOR2. Unfortunatly I tried several time to link my wife application to her Mycic but no luck.

I see from the spreadsheet there is no progress in any of the applicants process after AOR2, especially in New Delhi.

Why New Delhi VO is too slow?

Would suggest you request notes and contact your MP.

Someone had screwed up the formatting earlier to only show New Delhi applicants. A reversal to a previous revision fixed that.

I have let the hand free on the spreadsheet to all applicants to be able to add their own data without asking me a permission( we are not at the elementary school). thinking that everyone here is adult and responsable. what do you want me to do against that? make a restriction on writing ?! everybody will be bothered and me as well. wait and see! next incident, the access to spreadsheet for writing will be denied, and teh admin will be the only persone who can add the data

PS: let say may be it was done by mistake, not knowing how to add and he made those deletes "!!"

I'm not complaining. I suspect the biggest problem is people don't realize that *everyone* sees the changes when they sort/filter the data. I don't think you need to restrict anything, people just need to be aware of what they're doing. The great thing about it is that anyone encountering it can also view all the changes and revert it back to the one before the problem occurred. I can tell you that's happened quite a few times on all the spreadsheets. It's usually not a big deal.
