I had a question about the spreadsheet. One of the columns say "Stage 2 AOR (if any) OR 3rd Line." Is the 3rd line referring to 3 lines on ECAS, on the PR side? That's the only thing I can think of, but if so, wouldn't that be the same thing as the previous column, "ECAS PR Application Status 'In Process'?" I'm just wondering because I'm told Ottawa office generally doesn't send out AOR2, but I've had 3 lines in my ECAS since the same date the status changed to 'In Process' (Nov. 30, 2016), so I want to know if I should just put that date in that column for the spreadsheet.

Here's what it says in ECAS:

Permanent Residence
1. We received *****'s application for permanent residence on November 21, 2016.
2. We started processing *****'s application on November 30, 2016.
3. Medical results have been received.

Yeah that's the right info and what I put in the sheet. I don't think it is necessarily the same date for all people, at least looking at other months' timelines.

Hey guys, just a survey! Did you include your Middle Name in your Given Names?

Example:
Given Names: Hermione Jean
Middle Name: Granger
Last Name: Weasley

When you filled up the CIC application forms, did you write Hermione Jean Granger on the 'Given Names' field instead of just Hermione Jean?

Thank you!!

I don't have a middle name, but my husband does. It says write it as it appears on your passport, so I wrote his middle name in 'Given Names' because he has it in his passport. Either way, I'd suggest just putting what your passport shows.

Ok thanks! Just wanted to make sure.

Your example is a little confusing... Granger would be Hermione's maiden name; Jean would be her middle name. Her last name would be Granger or Weasley or Granger-Weasley (depending on if/how she changed her name when she got married. Given names: Hermione Jean, Last Name: Granger

I included my middle name in the given names field. Given names:Harry James, Last Name: Potter

I applied in nov 2016 for my husband, i have received SA approval for sponsorship and received an email that file has been sent to New Delhi, application update states:

1. We received application on Nov 8, 2016

2. We started processing application on dec 7, 2016

3. Medical results have been received

What will happen next?

I assume they r working on may applications at the moment. I heard normally the trend is wait time of 4-8 months. Also there is an update for the processing time on cic website that for anyone who applied before dec 7,2016, they will try to process those before dec 2017.

Hi
My VO is also NDVO and my application reached to Missisuaga on Nov 7th. I received SA on Nov 30th.

I called CIC last week to check updates. They told me that havent heard back from NDVO.

Today I checked application and a line added that "We started processing application on Dec 13th"

But I did not receive any AOR email yet.

Mine was sent to New Delhi as well! I got my SA just yesterday. How long does it usually take to get AOR2?

I have a question!
If I received SA on Dec 6! and they added for example a line by this subject: We started to process your application at Dec 20, 2016... They started to process my application on Dec 6 or Dec 20? Is it the Dec 20 is the date that they just inform me but they start to process my application on Dec 6 because my PA status on that day changed to In Process?!

Someone clear me.
