i have a question for those who have had AOR2: did the VO attribute a UCI to the SPONSORED PERSON ?

Yes.

you mean the sponsor has his own UCI. and the PA has his own different UCI as well... ?

Yes. Two different UCIs but only one Application Number.

after a finger-biting week i finally got my SA.

Of course, it is useful, and it serves many purposes! It is also known as a client identification number (client ID ). It appears on official documents you get from Citizenship and Immigration.

The PA can use that to gain access to ECAS and to create a GCKey. The PA can also use that once he/she decides to sponsor someone in the future.

yes i know that, just i said to myself that things are already done like for link app is made with the SA's IUC or the app number

I logged into ecas this morning and under Sponsor it says "decision made" but I didnt receive any email ....my heart is racing. Is this normal?

DM means the sponsor has been approved. You'll receive your SA in no time.

My VO doesn't sent AOR2. i guess i'll have to keep in eye on ecas.

I applied on December 5th and received AOR on 9th December. On checking application status it first used to give all this information (we received your app on ***, we started processing your app on **) but now it only says
"We received your application to sponsor ********* on December 5, 2016."

There is no other info. Under status it says In process. I understand my app for sponsorship approval is in process but I was just wondering why when I click on In process, it used to show 3 lines of information before but now it only shows one mentioned above ?
