Hi,
Is here anyone from Iran?
Our application process time in cic.gc.ca is 9 months totally and 22 days for sponsor approval is included these 9 months.
I had an email from Mississauga that they told me: your application received on Nov. 18, 2016.
On Dec 1, 2016 I linked my application to my account the I can see this table below:

Sponsor Person: ************
Sponsorship Application Status: In Process
Permanent Residence Application Status: Application Received

What does it mean!? Does it mean that they sent my application to Ankara for processing?
Am I approved as a sponsor? Because I did not received any email about my (sponsor) approval!

Hi. I believe that was from ECAS. You can click the underlined status (In Process and Received) from your ECAS to know more details about the application. The correspondence you received on November 18 was your AOR. Just wait for the SA for a few more days. Hoping it will arrive soon!

Thank you. What do you mean about the AOR? at the first post of topic it said AOR mean sending back for lack of documents!
Do you think they sent my application to Ankara for process!?

Is Ankara your VO? If so, then your file will be transferred there once the sponsor has been approved.

Yes, our VOC is Ankara. so they did not send it to Ankara yet! am I right? Because I did not receive the sponsor approval email.

Have you received any SA yet? If not, maybe you will receive it on Monday. They'd state in the SA that your file will be transferred to Manila for further processing.

Here's an excerpt of the SA letter:

Dear Sir/Madam,

This refers to the Application to Sponsor a Member of the Family Class you submitted on behalf of XXXXX XXXXXX and family (if applicable).

You have met the requirements for eligibility as a sponsor. Accordingly, the Application for Permanent Residence for your relative has been forwarded to the visa office in Manila for further processing. This visa office was selected based on your relative’s country of nationality and the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act.

Haven't received any email from them.

Please try this combination, didn't work for me but this has helped others:

Not mine. Credit goes to the owner.

"1. Logged in with GC Key account.
2. Permanent Residence > Family Class (Spouses)
2. Application Number and Family Name - Copy/pasted application number from email (including the F) and entered PA's last name. If you don't have App Number, use Family Name, Birthday, Place of Birth
3. City of Birth - I entered 1 space (hit spacebar once)
4. Country of Birth - Selected PA's country of birth
5. Passport Info - Did not enter any passport info
6. Other Application Info - Filled out the other application info as per our application and put '2' as the number of members in the application."

I still can't access my ECAS that's why my husband's myCIC account is really confusing to me

You'll have access to your ECAS after a day or two once you received the official SA email.

Edit: I forgot you didn't send your email to them.

Give it a day or two and you'll access your ECAS. If you still have no access by Monday, give them a call on Tuesday to ask about your Sponsor Approval. But I'm pretty sure that you're already approved. Eligibility Review won't be in progress if the sponsor hasn't been approved yet.
