Document Checklist - Immigrant - Provide birth certificates (long form birth certificate for children, listing the names of both parents),baptismal certificates or other official document confirming relationship (including all pages ofHousehold Registries) for you and each of your family members. See DNA Blood Test optionbelow.

In layman's terms, does my husband (who is from SA) need to provide a birth certificate (we have no children)?

Do 'Family members' refer to his parents & siblings who do not intend on immigrating? Or will be be just his birth certificate?

Just his birth certificate is more simple and of course if you are married the marriage certificate as well.

If you have more questions please don't hesitate and to continue ask me :)

2 threads could work out just fine too.

In the end what counts is that we have the answers and the support we are looking for in this forum. ;) :)
hi, i respect your point view and your are right to say that the two topics could work simultaneously, but the prb is when we reply here and there
the answers will be scattered, instead of focus our ideas on one axis only
any way, again it's just my opinion....
have a good day and wish best luck for each of us

We sent our application Monday, Nov 14 via Canada Post Express, $20 withing Ontario. I mean we applied outland while being inland.
Well, just waiting for the things to start changing... I believe the first expectation is some kind of letter in the mailbox, no hope to find something online until then?
