Just wanted to share my Exam experience with you guys
Passed the test today 20/20 questions all came from this site yourlibrary.ca I read the book once.then I had the interview for about 10 minutes not many questions been asked.then She said I should hear back from them about the oath in 2-3 month ... Hamilton Office 8)

I got the fingerprint request a week after my test and interview.

How do I know whether my fingerprint results have been received by CIC? My CIC office is Ottawa but the rquest came from St,Clair , Toronto.

How long does it typically take and will wCas be updated notifying me that results have been received?

answer given by shyurun79... btw.. me and shyurun and many from St.clair get FP in Feb.

It will be sent direct to RCMP after the agency takes your fingerprints digitally, you don;t have to worry. Just call CIC 1-2 weeks after FP taken to confirm they receive it.

You can call cic after 2 weeks for confirmation that they receive or not.

online status will not update about finger print.

Its depends case to case. but i know st. clair toronto is the slowest office. Case can be delay 15 days to maximum 3 months.
On this forum there are people who did fingerprints in Jan and feb still waiting for update.

Mine fingerprint receive by cic on 6th Feb and still i am waiting.

Was St. Clair your original office? I am in Ottawa but the finger print request came from St.Clair. Not sure why it was requested from a different office?

I saw you on the sheet, but you did not tell when you will do the exam and when did you get test invitation.
can you update the sheet or just tell us here?
