Never.. Wrong information
Some Indian applicants got updation only. But got CSQ North american applicants.

Does anybody got CSQ or updation?. I can't believe this?. I hope they will clear the pending paper CSQ Application (Nov 2015) before starting Mon project processing????

If this is true, i can't understand there logic of how they treat & issue CSQ. 2014 applicants still didn't get CSQ yet !!! I am Nov 2015 applicant but did not get any updation. Hopefully will get soon.
