Were you requested to pay the RPRF? In their correspondence they usually give an email or address to send the receipt to. If not and your application has been transferred to Vienna (I am assuming your VO) then I would recommend emailing them. I can't help you with an email address but someone else here might be able to.

Good Luck!

Thanks for your reply! I have not been contacted to pay this as of yet. This forum has been a great help, smooth processing for everyone :)

Hi Ivan,
You didn't do anything wrong it doesn't generate any info regarding your application you have to fill in this information yourself and send it to them whether by mail or fax that something that could be confirmed if you call the call center at 1-888-242-2100

Good Luck :)

Hello! Not sure what I have done wrong, I just made payment of RPRF online banking, CIC sent me a receipt of payment through email. Now no where on the receipt does it have any information linking to my application, UCI, Application number etc. What have I done wrong here,,uggghhhh.. do I send this copy as PDF receipt back to them with an email regarding our application number? Any idea on CIC email and address or fax? If i mail the receipt, should I include a cover letter for my information and does it get sent to CIC Mississauga? Sorry for the long post, this is just frustrating. Thanks! :o
If you have UCI and/or file/case number, you can upload the receipt via Case Specific Inquiry, and explain what you are doing.

It'll get to the VO.

In fact, your receipt is in PDF format...you don't even need to print it out and scan it again...just save the PDF file, then upload it into the system. In a sense, that's really the original.

When we applied, we paid everything upfront, printed the receipt and put it into the application package...then CIC sorted everything out.

In your case, if you only paid the application fee but not the second part (PR fee), the VO will send you instructions...not sure how that works, but I would imagine you email it or alternatively I am sure Case Specific Inquiry upload would also be fine.

Sent a hard copy and email along with a cover letter with our information. Thought the receipt generated all our info! Thank you

Good Luck :)

We're still waiting; seems like July/August applicants through the Manila VO are getting PPR/DMs right now. So we'll be waiting at least another 3 months or more before I expect to hear anything.

How's everyone else?

Can't wait for this journey to be over, it's to silent!

What is the next thing that happens after VO starts processing your application? Is it ecas status change to DM or is it an e-mail asking for your passport? Let's assume they do not ask for any extra documents or an interview. :)

The Passport will be requested first before the ecas changes to DM

I am ok just waiting. Sent off my FBI report last week. Now just hoping that is the only thing holding back DM. Hard to be patient.

I hope you hear back soon... Ottawa seems to be on fire with processing applications!
