Sorry but what is CSQ? I couldn't find any info...

A Quebec Selection Certificate (Certificat du Sélection du Québec) allows you to immigrate to and settle in Quebec. If your intended destination in Canada is within the province of Quebec, you must obtain a CSQ before you obtain a Permanent Resident Visa.
so, if you are planning on settling in any other province. you don't need one

I sent a copy to my VO. I believe MIDI Quebec does sumbit this update to CIC as well.

Hello folks!!

My timelines are on the left. I am trying to login to ECAS using my UCI # which I had got when I became a PR last year under FSW.

Until before I filed for my wife's PR, I could access ECAS, but ever since I cannot.

Can someone kindly guide me as to why I cannot access, and if others are able to, what details did they input differently, to be able to log-in.
