just noticed a 4 liner on my application.. Cool 8)
We received your application for permanent residence on November 2, 2015.
We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on February 3, 2016.
We started processing your application on January 13, 2016.
Medical results have been received.

My husband's ecas updated and shows a 4th line now too.

I'm his sponsor and when I log in, I don't see the 4th line under his PR section....

Is that normal?

I only see 3 lines, is the 4th line normal for everyone or does it depend on the VO office, i;m dealing with Kingston

I am dealing with Kingston office as well and my part has 3 lines however my husbands part only has two and they haven't acknowledged receipt of his meds yet. @ Impatientwife, I think KVO is one of the slowest offices because everyone else on here seem to be showing more lines...

i assume it's normal coz updates will be sent now to applicant instead of sponsor

I think we are seeing a fourth line because we actually got an AOR2... not everyone has gotten an email or letter confirming receipt from the VO...

It's not consistent... someone else on this thread who is at the same VO as me didn't get an AOR2...

And same for some of the people that are at the same VO as Lhadysherie_06

Not sure. I already received AOR2 long time ago, so I don't think I will be seeing the 4th line now
Anyway, waiting for my CSQ, without it no DM for me :'(

Yes, I would agree the correspondence is better... everything else is hit or miss and wild guesses lol...

yes everyone complains about them, i've been seeing meds received before his file was even transferred, we did it a couple months prior to actually sending off our application due to delays, another thing i find weird, even though my part of the application is done with it still says in process and i only see 2 lines there the last one telling me when they starting processing but i'm not to worried about that his file is already transferred and they already started working on it there, just a few months before we get some sort of response

I have the same exact issue as you. They approved me as a sponsor and my part still says in process. He did his meds upfront 2 months before we submitted the application and still doesnt say received. I really hope KVO picks up the pace. Compared to some of the other offices, its like KVO doesn't even work LOL

My eCas said:

2.We started processing your application on February 2, 2016.
3. Medical results have been received.

I have read the update on February 5... seems like ecas doesnt update on time. It varies.

My question is :
1. Do we get an Email for the acknowledgement of the PR being processed?
Or do we get a formal letter through Mail by using our current mailing address?

I have been checking each day for email but didnt receive any. also checked for mails, nothing.

Have you guys experienced this too?
