Hi all,

my spousal application was successfully transfered to Delhi, India but after evening yesterdamdmy spouse recieved an email quoted her file number like,

" In order to expedite the processing of your application, we are requesting that you provide the following as soon as possible:
· Proof of payment of your Right of Permanent Resident Fee (landing fee) to our office in Mississauga or by your sponsor in Canada, if not already paid. Note: dependent children are not required to pay the Right of Permanent Resident Fee.
· Submission of police clearance certificates for you and all dependent family members who are 18 years or older, for time spent in any country for a period of 6 months or more, if not already submitted.

Note: If you or your family members were under 18 years of age (16 years of age in certain jurisdictions) for the entire time you lived in a particular country, you do not need to provide a police certificate for that country."

I have submitted both of this document when I made the application so what is it about and if I have to submit again where to submit these documents at here in Misissauga Canada or at delhi ?

if delhi can anyone provide me whats the address is ?

thanks.

They might be informing you the right of permanent resident fee. Since the police clearance in the note says if not yet submitted then you need to submit it..

Better to call customer service to be sure where to send it.. I guess, email it..

Guys I have a question.. Is the UCI of the sponsored person is same as the UCI of the sponsor? Thanks

No, they are different numbers. Some applicants won't have a UCI# unless they previously applied for an extension or were given a visitor record from a border agent.

This is a system generated email, you don't have to submit it again if you already submitted them when you mailed your file. This just an FYI in case some people didn't submit it when they send there file. The AOR2 email is the same for everyone except the UCI number is different.

My AOR, SA and AOR2 don't have this information in it. They don't speak about submitting payment or criminal record.
To make sure I would call CIC, even if MDK submitted these papers before, maybe it got lost in the process and he needs to resubmit them.

Maybe Delli, India sends letters with this templates, but not my visa office and I understood this letter came after they received SA. Correct me if I am wrong, but I would try to make sure they have these papers and it would not delay application.

Maybe try to send Case Specific Inquiry or email, I found one for New Delhi India, but just double check if I am right and thats correct visa office for you:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/missions/new-delhi.asp

Of course, the best thing is to try to call them :) good luck :)

Congrats!!!
May I ask who received the AOR2 the sponsor or applicant and was it emailed to them?
And do you see any update on ECAS reflecting that? Thanks!

I'm actually the sponsor; since there was only my E-Mail address given on-file, I received the AOR2.
I checked yesterday on ECAS with the applicant's UCI# & most of the info is identical to the sponsor's UCI ...In-Process.

76 days and still no S.A. Called again yesterday and the agent was like oh, you called last week, you just gotta wait. Really p**d off.

That's messed up. They should honestly provide a better answer; especially when you have waited the respectuful time period.

No; its not same & if I'm not mistaken Sponsor's UCI will provide more info than of the applicant's.
