That's why I try to be patience as much as I can, because I know how lucky I am to be able to spend time with my husband here and I try to appreciate every moment we spend together, as I don't know if I need to go back or not anytime soon.
What country you are if you don't mind me asking? It must be hard to only have Skype calls, I remember when we did Skype, I was crying so often, don't want to go back to this, but I am trying to prepare myself mentally for any outcome.

I live in Ontario! But I grew up in Quebec

Hubby lives in Guyana... the internet is not reliable... also the power is not realiable either... sometimes our calls get cut mid conversation.... but we have been at this since 2011 so we are used to it... but I can't wait to ditch Skype lol

1.We received your application to sponsor ..............on November 16, 2015.
2.We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on January 12, 2016.
3.We started processing your application on January 11, 2016.

What does this mean that we got SA?

Sometimes they send your SA via snail mail... is there anything under the permanent residence side?

Its a little too early in the process to request... also they take about a month to receive them....

Definitely have him call CIC, it will put your mind at ease

Ring them up because sometimes they forget to send an email or letter confirming it.

Has anyone received any contact after SA such as request for documents or more proof? I thought that was one of the first emails I would get after they started processing but nothing since SA. So hard to be patient.

My timelineermanent Residence

3.Medical results have been received.

Okay... You got SA!!! Yay!!!

Someone on this forum says to wait six months before requesting

Nothing to worry about yet... I believe your at the Manila visa office and earlier someone told me about a 9 months wait...

Hopefully your SA comes in the mail but your application is at the visa office.

Nice, I am now living in Quebec too, a bit hard, as I don't speak French and my motivation to learn is not that huge

I hope you will reunited with your husband soon

Lucky you, my husband is in Quebec too. We were supposed to apply for TRV but then we got scared it would screw up our on going PR application.
How did you do it? Are you from phil too?

Nah, I from Europe, so I don't need visa, so entered Canada quite easy and I just keep extending my visitors stay

And I hope you get your SA soon as without it you can't apply for CSQ, so good luck

We already got SA last month. Just waiting for CSQ ... how long did it take to get your CSQ?
