Question: Who would receive the email re AOR? is it the principal applicant or the sponsor?
Until now my document status with Canada post is ''out for delivery'' since Dec.3
That's something confusing. I received SA approval letter and it says:maccolade said:Owl29 I'm wondering will you send the documents to MIDI along with SA email ? I'm triying to figure out how is it working
Thank you much Owl29Owl29 said:I would say mark Yes and write an explanation that it was a visitors visa and that you applied for PR.
I am pretty sure they can easily check it anyway, but I am not sure how it works with PR application, I think you should be in the system for them to see that you applied.Skye2014 said:Thank you much Owl29
congrats!!FnordPrefect said:What a great way to start the day - Wife received AOR via email today!
We submitted our application package via CanadaPost with delivery confirmation (no signature) to Mississauga PO Box (3000, station A) on Nov 14 and received confirmation that it was delivered on the 17th.
Here's hoping that the rest of the 17's hear back.
Next step SA.

Did you sent it as Xpresspost through Canada Post? Are you in Canada? That seems like too long for it to be delivered. I think I would call Canada Post to check on it. You could call and give them your tracking number.
Awesome, we are 17th as well. Hopefully the email is delivered in the next few days. Is it possible they resend applications at this point if something is missing. I am more worried about AOR than anything else to make sure we sent everything right.FnordPrefect said:What a great way to start the day - Wife received AOR via email today!

That's a good question, I read that AOR doesn't mean that your application won't be resend, but in most cases they usually resend in 4-6 weeks. I would think you are quite safevigu360 said:Awesome, we are 17th as well. Hopefully the email is delivered in the next few days.
