Different cases are being handled differently. I have seen a lot of cases from mid-November onwards whose E-CAS mentions the local office transfer. but it is still not 100% consistent. Applications before that never mention the local office name or transfer on E-CAS. I just called CIC and I was told my documents were sent to Scarborough on 21st Jan. So, I said, is that my local office now? And the agent said, not necessarily, for GTA, Mississauga, Scarborough and St Clair share the work. So, RQ was requested by Mississauga but then the RQ response was sent to Scarborough. God only knows how someone can find out anything for sure.rajeev123 said:Does any one know why the local office name not mentioned in the ecas?
It telling only office responsible for your area.
I was expecting to be Scarborough as I am from east end of GTA .
Mine just activated this morning (received AOR over a week ago), and status only says received.Dgoulding said:Hey Guys,
I notice in the spreadsheet many of us are still awaiting e-CAS to be active. It's been a week since I got my AOR, and mine's not active yet.
Any thoughts? I thought by now I would see something.....I'm happy to have the AOR, but still....

I am in the same situation, ECAS was updated on January 30 showing Received and nothing has changed since then...datascientist said:I do not see any updates in eCAS, it has been 19 days since receiving AOR, it still says received.

recap : sent in my application - 10th Nov, 2014.
Delivered: 14th Nov, 2014 (although CIC says they received it Nov 18, 2015)
Received email AOR: 4th Feb, 2015
I didn't have access to my e-cas for the longest time. I do now.
This is what it says:
We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on November 18, 2014.
We sent you a letter acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on February 4, 2015. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Your file was transferred to the office responsible for your area on February 11, 2015. The office responsible for your area will contact you.
Well, it doesn't say which office, so I'm assuming Hamilton?
Any idea of how long before I hear from them?
Thanks!
Did you get your AOR then? I'm almost 80 days...Toronto123 said:90 days since i applied....no AOR untill now...
