You will only get a 60 day period to land as PR from the date your stamped passport is returned to you.
PPR->You send Passport->They receive it->They stamp it->Send it back to you with "Immigrant Visa" stamped->You have 60 days to do your landing.

There is no mention that you have to do your landing in 60 days. Whenever your medicals expires your PR visa expires as well. Thats what it shows on my Confirmation of permanent residence. This is my assumption though

I heard the same thing from my other contacts too who got visa stamped. Just wanted to confirm but will figure out soon when I recieve mine very soon!! Lets see what they offer.

same here still no status changed after med received rprf paid on may 16 and pcc sent on next day. But no updates now, did u got any email for pcc or schedule A form?

Finally got Decision Made today morning !!!
Yesterday i had emailed to CPC Ottawa for update of my application and today its changed to 'DM'...they have not replied to my email but my status is updated today morning ...I am not sure but its just coincidence...

Now badly waiting for PPR request !!! Hope it comes soon !!!

looks like its taking 20 days for DM after IP. I got IP on July 3. Hopefully I will get DM next week

A lot of people who got IP between May 16-31 are still IP. I am not sure whats going on with those application. Maybe they forgot to work on it but it's really weird that people who got IP in june are getting DM but you are still in IP. Pray for the best bro. I hope you get DM soon or straight PPR.

I emailed Ottawa a week ago. Shall I follow up ya think?

I got reply from Ottawa in 10 days. Just send another email again. And if they reply to your first email they will ignore the second one if it's about same subject matter. You should get a reply by end of this week or early next week.

They replied me that " your application has been finalized and we will inform you about next step shortly". Even though my ecas status is still IP. So lets see what they reply to your email. And hope for the best and faster reply of your application.
